How do I create a Home Maid Better Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account at this link https://homemaidbetter.launch27.com/login/

Do you service my area?

If you’re within the Oklahoma City Metro area, we are ready to serve you! Areas covered but not limited to include: Bethany, Bridge Creek, Edmond, Guthrie, Midwest City, Moore, Mustang, Newcastle, Nichols Hills, Norman, Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City, Piedmont, South Oklahoma City, Southwest Oklahoma City, The Village, Tuttle, and Yukon.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We provide customized pricing using various factors including but not limited to home size, the scope of work, and service interval to determine the best engagement.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our cleaning supplies, but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Our cleaning technicians will ask to use your vacuum to ensure a better clean. If you don’t have a vacuum available, worry not, we’ll bring one with us!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like for us to consider. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (405) 754-5100 for further assistance.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (405) 754-5100 and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at https://homemaidbetter.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively, you can give us a call at (405) 754-5100 if there are any issues at all.

Pricing & Policies

How do I use my Home Maid Better gift cards?

In most cases, you can enter your gift card code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and we are happy to assist.

How can I view my Home Maid Better gift cards?

Log into your account at https://homemaidbetter.launch27.com/login/ and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

In some cases, yes! Simply enter your promo (gift card) code into your existing booking on our website by accessing your account.  Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance.  At any time you can log into your account and see your gift card balance remaining. Note: In some instances, the higher of any given available discount(s) amount will be credited toward your booking and multiple offers cannot be combined.

What is an arrival window?

Home Maid Better provides services on an estimated arrival window basis. We offer two standard arrival windows the first being 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and the second between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. These arrival windows are in places to better address the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other cleaning surprises. We always strive to ensure that our team is on time and ready to serve you. In some cases, they merely met more than was bargained for at the home before yours. When this occurs, we will do everything possible to let you know in advance of any potential change in status.

I received a gift card and Home Maid Better does not cover my area, what should I do?

Please contact us and together we can work out the best plan!

Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a gift card?

In some instances, services rendered exceed the gift card amount. Occasionally the homeowner chooses to add additional service while our team is online. We require a valid debit or credit card on file for every home we enter.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Home Maid Better certified cleaner.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do.  We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with our service, we will come back to make it right. We are committed to ensuring an enjoyable experience with your complete satisfaction.

What is your refund policy?

If we missed the mark and did not meet your expectations, please let us know with 24 hours of the provided service. We’ll send a team out to make it right as quick as possible to ensure you’re fully satisfied! After this, we will reach out to you by phone or perhaps visit in person to provide your complete satisfaction.
