No. We do bring our own cleaning supplies and professional cleaning tools. We use the best products on the market that leave your home smelling fresh and sparkling clean. For sanitary purposes, we do ask if you would like us to use your vacuum. If you don't have one available, don't worry, we always bring one with us. If you have any preferences or special requests for specific cleaning product, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Payments are due upon completion of your scheduled service. Home Maid Better accepts electronic payment only. We do keep a credit/debit card on file for every home we clean, so you never have to leave a check or cash. Your credit card will only be charged what we've quoted to you. Once your card is processed, you will receive a payment receipt via email. Please note that any accounts that go unpaid after five days incur a $35 late payment fee.

Home Maid Better offers a variety of flexible cleaning plans to meet your family's needs. We offer recurring service every week, every two weeks (bi-weekly), or every four weeks (monthly) depending on your preferences. We also offer one-time and deep cleaning for special occasions or holidays—as well as move-in and move-out cleaning.
Because we don't have any long-term contracts, you can always change or update how often we clean based on your schedule, budget or cleaning needs.
While tips aren't expected, they're always appreciated—and our cleaning pros are allowed to accept them directly from you. Some of our clients prefer to tip at the end of each cleaning, or provide a larger gift at the end of the year.
Feel free to provide a gratuity with cash, or we can even bill it directly to the credit/debit card on file. Just contact our office at (405) 754-5100 and we'd be happy to help. If you're leaving cash in your home, please make sure the money left as a tip is clearly marked as intended, so there is no miscommunication or misunderstanding.
Rest assured that all tips handled via credit/debit card are always delivered straight to your cleaning professional(s), as we do not pool money or share with the company.

While English may not be the first language for some of our cleaning professionals, our employees do all speak English. Because clear and effective communication is vital to us, we ask that you contact the office to relay any notes or special requests.
We always add this information to the work orders for your cleaning team, so that there is never any misunderstanding or miscommunication due to language barriers. And because our cleaning professionals communicate routinely with the office via cell phone throughout the work day, we can quickly call a team to relay a message for you even when they are already at your home.
