The short version. We collect your name, contact info, and home details so we can clean your house and stay in touch. We don’t sell your information — ever. We use standard business tools to schedule, communicate, take payment, and improve our service.
Your name, email, phone, home address, special instructions, and payment details — so we can quote, schedule, and deliver your cleaning and communicate with you. When you visit our website, we also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
Our site uses cookies and tools like Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — including their server-side equivalents, such as Meta’s Conversions API — to measure how our website and advertising perform. We may also share hashed contact information (for example, an email or phone number converted into a non-readable code) with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, so we can show our own ads to past and prospective customers or avoid showing ads to people who’ve opted out. We never share your information for other companies’ marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads through each platform’s ad settings.
We only send marketing or promotional texts to people who have given written consent — for example, by checking a consent box when booking — never automatically from a past service relationship. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We don’t share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Appointment and service texts about a booking you’ve made are part of providing the service.
You can opt out of marketing email anytime — every marketing message has an unsubscribe link, or just call us. Booking confirmations and service messages aren’t marketing and will keep coming as long as you’re a customer.
To schedule and deliver your cleaning, communicate with you, process payments, send marketing you’ve opted into, and improve our service.
Only the service providers that help us run the business — scheduling software, payment processors, our email tool, and the analytics/advertising platforms described above — plus anyone we’re legally required to share with. We don’t sell your personal information. Period.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure, access-controlled payment processing.
You can view or update your information, ask us to delete it (except where we’re legally required to keep it), opt out of marketing email and text, opt out of personalized advertising, and control cookies in your browser. To make any of these requests, just contact us — no special form required.
Our services aren’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
