How do you know how often you should get your house cleaned? It all depends on your needs and activity. If you have pets, children or you’re too busy to straighten up daily—you might need weekly maid service or a cleaning every two weeks.
Getting your house cleaned professionally every four weeks might be more appropriate for individuals or couples who have several unused rooms. We’re here to help you select the service package that best suits your home, budget and preferences.

Whenever you schedule recurring services, we try to send the same team to clean your home if possible - and we strive to match your housekeeping needs with a cleaning crew who cares for your home the way we take care of our own. If a member of your regular team is absent, we do our best to find a suitable replacement. Rest assured that every one of our cleaning pros undergoes extensive Home Maid Better training to ensure that the quality of work is thorough and consistent.

In our experience, we've found that the quality of services between professional companies and independent cleaners can vary significantly. That's why a more extensive initial cleaning brings your home to a certain level of cleaninliness that meets our quality standard expectations. That's a standard we promise to maintain for you as a recurring client. What that means for us, is that we need extra time in that first cleaning to properly eliminate accumulated old dust and dirt, baseboard buildup and often-neglected griime in kitchens and bathrooms.
We know that 'life happens' and sometimes you need to miss a regularly scheduled appointment, which is why we work with you to help you reschedule your cleaning appointment to a time that's more convenient for you.
Whenever you need to reschedule an appointment, just call our office at (405) 754-5100 at least two (2) business days before your scheduled cleaning date to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee of $75 (which would be charged to your card on file). For us to maintain a certain level of cleaning excellence and ensure your cleaning team has enough time in your home to do a great job, it's important that you try to stay as close to your regular recurring schedule as possible.
Please note, if you skip a recurring 'bi-weekly' cleaning, your next cleaning will be charged as a 'monthly' cleaning. If you skip your 'monthly' cleaning or more than eight weeks have passed before your next cleaning, your next scheduled cleaning will be charged at the 'Deep Cleaning' price.
If a routine cleaning falls on a holiday (see list below), we will contact you well in advance to arrange for a different date. Our cleaning crews work on most federal holidays and, unless you specifically reschedule your service, expect us to arrive as scheduled except for the following holidays:

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Yes! We are proud to be a pet-friendly company, and many of our clients have pets of all kinds. It is perfectly fine for your pet to be out and about while our cleaning pros are in your home. At the same time, you know your pet's temperament the best. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we suggest leaving them crated or in a gated area to ensure our team's (and your pet's) safety.
If you're typically not home during your cleaning, we ask that you let us know how to handle cleaning around your pet, so our team knows what to do when entering the home. And if your pet isn't exactly your family's cleanest member, please clean up after them before our arrival. As a quick reminder, our staff will not handle ahy pet waste.
