Who is going to have access to my home?
With Home Maid Better, the only person with access to your home is your assigned cleaning personnel. Their background is checked, and they are trained and insured. We also send the same cleaner each time so you’ll always know who is going to be at your home.
Who is responsible if anything is damaged during the service at my house?
We are insured, and we will correct it if anything happens in your home. In order to ensure that your home, family and our workers do not come into contact with dangerous substances, we use safe products in addition to carrying insurance.
How can I know that your staff is safe? Do you have background checks of any kind?
Yes! Each of our staff has undergone a background check and are required to check-in to ensure they are the only staff in your home.
Are your staff trained to a certain standard?
Our experienced talent trains all our cleaning staff. In order to ensure that each cleaner fits your needs and high standards, we utilize technology and a Home Maids Better checklist.
How do I know what services are to be delivered?
You can view our checklist on our website and we call you to confirm your services after you have booked an appointment with us. Our technology then uses our mobile app and checks every item off the list. Upon completion, they will be able to use a physical list to verify that our standard is used to clean your home.
How can you ensure that every job is well done? How do you monitor the quality of the work of your staff?
Until we confirm that your service is complete, we will not charge your card. Our team follows a standard checklist in addition to our extensive training. We also send a random quality check to our field manager to ensure that all our teams meet expectations regularly.
What is my recourse if I’m not happy with your service?
Should you not be happy with our services, please let us know and we’ll be happy to solve any problems to the best of our ability. With all our services we guarantee your satisfaction!
Should I supply the cleaning equipment and products?
No, we will bring everything that’s needed! Even if you don’t have a brush for the toilet bowl, we will bring you a new one!
